UPDATE (JAN 21,2026): Good news and bad news everyone! The good news is that we have had a lot of bookings in for the conference! The bad news is we are quickly booking up to capacity! If you have already booked in with one of our booking secretaries, we are working very hard behind the scenes to make things fit to accommodate you!
However, with all the bookings we have in already, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐲 𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐟𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐞 𝐨𝐫 𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐞 𝐝𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐬𝐭𝐲𝐥𝐞 𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦𝐬 and 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝.
Please note: If you haven't yet booked in and dormitory style sleeping is not something that works for you, there are some options you can look into for off-site accommodation in Castlewellan town if you still want to attend the BRF Family Conference this summer. While 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘣𝘰𝘰𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘴𝘦𝘤𝘳𝘦𝘵𝘢𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘴 𝘤𝘢𝘯𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘣𝘰𝘰𝘬 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘴𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘺𝘰𝘶, if you contact them they may be able to point you in the direction of a couple of places to look into. People who stay off site can still book to join us on the day trips and will still be able to make the most of the lectures and fellowship opportunities throughout the week.
